First look at .hack//G.U. Last Recode

Direct-feed shots of the upcoming remaster collection.

Famitsu has gone up with the first online preview of .hack//G.U. Last Recode, providing the first direct-feed screenshots of the newly announced remaster collection.

.hack//G.U. Last Recode includes remastered versions of .hack//G.U. Vol. 1//Rebirth, hack//G.U. Vol. 2//Reminisce, and hack//G.U. Vol. 3//Redemption. The graphics and features have seen a full-scale evolution, with various new elements being added.

Bandai Namco originally released all three volumes of .hack//G.U. between 2006 and 2007, and each release was improved and polished better than the last. However, ten years after the release of Vol. 3///Redemption, not only have the platforms changed, the user play style has also changed. So for .hack//G.U. Last Recode, players can enjoy a .hack//G.U. updated for the modern era.

.hack//G.U. Last Recode will launch for PlayStation 4 and PC in Japan. A release date has yet to be announced.
