Samsara Review
Help Zee escape a haunting world of two mirrored dimensions where simple mechanics conceal increasingly intricate interactions in a mind-bending game of block placement and echoes arriving in early 2018.
The goal is simple really, you want to reach point B from point A. and in order to do so, you need to use the objects given to you. These objects consist of 3 different ones, a square block of wood, a medium size block of wood with stairs, and a larger one with stairs. So in order to get Zee across the water (yes, you cannot fall into the water, you will die and this is an achievement) you will need to rotate the shapes to find the way to get Zee to the portal and onto the next stage.
Now, things can get tricky because you will need to sometimes use the waters reflection to get the right combination to make it safely for Zee to cross. So when you move the blocks into the water the reflection reverses and can help you get across to the portal.
Some of the puzzles are a little baffling and stump ya, and after you figure it out you can’t believe how simple it was and why did it take so long to figure it out. And just a little hint for you achievement hunters out there, make sure on a level you block Zee from going right and has to turn back around and go all the way to the right, by doing so Zee will be strangled by a vine and your achievement will pop. You’re welcome.
The game itself isn’t too long and can be completed in a single sitting if you can get through the puzzles. There are 73 total levels in all. It is a fun little game that game be enjoyed without too much effort. So if you want to sit back and relax and think a little, this is the game for you!
